Commercial electrical installations
Established since 2013, ARM Electrix undertakes electrical installations for business premises, schools and managed properties. From lighting and additional power to a refurbishment electrical package, we work with clients and their project teams to agree the scope, access and programme.

Power and lighting for business premises
Share the layout, proposed equipment and how the space is used. Office fit-outs, changes to retail space and alterations to managed premises can involve different lighting, socket and distribution requirements. Existing drawings and installation records help establish the starting point.
Work in occupied buildings
Identify which areas remain occupied and who can authorise access or interruption. Landlords, tenants, facilities teams and other contractors may all need to be involved. We agree working hours, isolation arrangements and any operational restrictions with the people responsible for the site.
Schools and managed properties
For education premises, share the site requirements, planned work and school access procedures. Our school work includes electrical supplies for plant rooms, distribution, containment and fan-coil units. We agree the electrical interfaces with the relevant contractors. See our school electrical project preview.
Installation, testing and handover
Agree responsibilities for the electrical package, specialist interfaces and the completion records. See testing and EICRs for inspection work, industrial installations for industrial site requirements and maintenance for ongoing needs.

Discuss your commercial project
Send the premises location, proposed work, available specification and preferred programme through the contact page. Explore the office fit-out portfolio and commercial projects.
Planning a commercial electrical enquiry
For an office, shop, school or managed property, send the site location, a short description of the intended use and any drawings or existing electrical records. Identify who controls access and whether the premises will remain occupied. This helps distinguish a fit-out package from a small alteration or a maintenance requirement.
Can electrical work be discussed alongside an inspection?
Yes. If you already have an EICR, share the relevant findings so any remedial scope can be considered separately from the inspection itself. See electrical testing and EICRs and commercial maintenance.
For distribution or workshop equipment, use our three-phase power and distribution guide. Explore genuine commercial project photographs, then send your drawings and proposed programme. We welcome enquiries from Bedford, Milton Keynes and the surrounding service areas.
Working across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and North London. See our service areas.
