EICRs for homes and rental properties in Bedford
An Electrical Installation Condition Report records findings from assessment of the electrical installation. Contact ARM Electrix to discuss the property, the reason for inspection and the scope required.
What to include in your enquiry
Provide the property type and location, whether it is occupied and any previous report or installation information. If you are a landlord or agent, identify the person arranging access and authorising work.
Inspection and report findings
Agree access, testing arrangements and any limitations before attendance. A report may identify remedial work or further investigation; the need for such work cannot be ruled out in advance.
Discuss your inspection
Send the property details and desired timescale using our contact page. Quote and attendance arrangements are confirmed individually.
For a home or rental property, provide any earlier inspection report and describe known problems or alterations. Inspection findings and any recommended remedial work can then be discussed as separate enquiries.
Inspection or installation work?
A condition report concerns the existing installation within the agreed inspection scope. It is distinct from certification for new installation work. If you have an existing report, explain whether you need a remedial quotation or further assessment.
For an office, school or larger managed business site, see our commercial EICR and testing service. For changes at home, see consumer-unit upgrades and domestic electrical work.
